This includes 2 in-home visits: one 60-minute prenatal BEFORE baby arrives, and one 90-minute initial POST-BIRTH visit once baby has made their earthside debut.
The PRENATAL visit is helpful for answering any and all questions you have about feeding your baby. Our time together includes but is not limited to talking through your breastfeeding plan, expectations for the first few days of life, latch and positioning, hand expression, nursing positions and holds, nipple care, and tips on how to include your partner.
The initial POST-birth visit is a 90-minute session that includes an observed breastfeeding assessment, general breastfeeding support, and a plan of care tailored to your family. Both visits include follow-up support by text, phone or email for one week.

The FOLLOW-UP visit is a 60-90-minute in-home visit that includes a weight check, an observed breastfeeding session and an updated plan of care. Each visit includes follow-up support by text, phone or email for one week.

This 60-minute visit is about helping to get your family off to a smooth start by talking through your desired feeding plan. Expectations for the first few days and weeks of your babies life, latch and positioning, hand expression, positions and holds, nipple care and tips on how to include your partner.

This 90-minute in-home visit includes an observed breastfeeding session, general feeding support, weight check if desired, and a tailored plan of care to fit your family’s needs.

This 60–90-minute in-home visit includes a pre- and post-feeding weight check, an observed breastfeeding session, general feeding support, and an up-dated tailored plan of care.

Not all questions need an in-home visit. This 60-minute virtual visit will include general feeding support, a plan of care and follow via text, phone or email for one week.
Payment Concerns?
I’m here to help, I never want payment to be a barrier, if this fits your situation, please don’t hesitate to reach out, I would love to work something out.
I am currently working on ways to help you with your insurance company. For now, I am private-pay. Upon request, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company for information regarding specific reimbursement. Payment is due in full at the time of service.
I offer visits within the Santa Cruz County but I am more than happy to travel outside of the Santa Cruz area. A traveling fee up to $100 may be applied. Traveling fees are not covered by insurance.
